"the drs are great very caring and nice. i know they do walk ins on certain days so i called before hand around 11am asking if they accepted walk-ins they said yes until 1pm. i walked in at 12pm and the receptionists in the front said they are not accepting walk ins due to them being understaffed and overbooked. very inconvenient."
