"Staff never answers phone calls and is rude when they answer. Sad to see such nice doctors with rude staff. After today with staff not answering I plan on not going back. What's the point if they dont answer my calls or act annoyed when I ask questions.Sorry, but the medical assistant talks like a robot and acts like one too. She seems to hate her job and is pretty rude. Office workers are not nice except for one lady. Sad to see this place going downhill."

"I love Dr. Melanie Blumenthal and my son does too!!! My son is not afraid to go to his doctor appointments, in fact, he looks forward to them. Dr. Blumenthal is the most sweetest, kindest, caring, loving, patient, warm hearted person i think I've ever met!!!! I wish she was my pediatrician when i was a kid... I highly recommend her for your child's ped, she is the best!!!! And her voice is as sweet as Snow Whites! She's lovely!!!! Great staff too! And very clean with decorations of Disney characters in each waiting room. Cuteness overload!❤"

"Our daughter has been a patient of both Dr. Richard and Dr. Melanie's since 2012. Both doctors are very friendly and take the time to listen. In addition to the normal concerns parents have, our daughter has multiple food allergies. We have always felt that the doctors are very knowledgeable in all these areas. The doctors and staff have always responded promptly to our needs including scheduling appointments and signing forms for school. Dr. Melanie is good at expediting things!
