"2 years ago I went to his office with my daughter. The first time there it was an ok experience. But the next few times and on the phone it was unprofessional and rude. I don’t know how they are now in 2021 but 2 years ago, lynwood office, the lady at front desk is nice at first but when you have questions she gets upset and or mad. They almost never answered my calls. They take forever to do paperwork and I could be patient but if I call to ask about the process don’t tell me you had a problem at home and that’s why you didn’t work for a week. if you can’t do it maybe DR Owens should hire more assistance. The echo specialist was nice and professional. I can’t remember his name. But I hope this doesn’t affect him. but back to DR Owens, he gave me bad vibes I felt a bit rushed during the appointment. The front desk lady was extremely rude! I am happy with my choice. searching for another cardiologist was the best decision I made. I took my daughter to another cardiologist located in Long Beach Omg! What a different experience. They always answered every single time I called. Always called back when they say they would. And even during COVID season! They were great. Angels from heaven. If anyone reading this wants to know the name of the cardiologist (Pediatric) I took my daughter to please comment and I will. I’m sure there are other cardiologist offices that are great but dr Owens office I do not recommend!"
