"Dr. Julie Douglass is amazing. Her staff is amazing. Never had any issues. She has been treating our daughters since they were born. The professionalism and care goes a long way. Always treats us great, makes us feel like great parents and and makes us feel confident in her diagnosis. My kids love her as well. For those complaining about wait times and false diagnosis. You need to be realistic . Everything takes a long time and you need to learn a little patience. The doctor visit is not a fast food drive thru. We drive an hour to see Dr. Douglass and we have no complaints. As far as diagnosis, no one is perfect. We are human, and we are entitled to making mistakes. You can always get a second opinion if the diagnosis is wrong. We appreciate great doctors like Dr. Douglass. Wish everyone provided the care and professionalism as her and the staff. Keep up the amazing job!"
"The doctor is nice, but the staff is not so efficient/friendly. I was calling to get an appointment where I mentioned what I am calling for and then put on hold for 10 mins only to return asking who I am and what I am calling for."
"I do LOVE Dr. Julie and her staff. The staff always remembers us and past conversation, it makes us feel special. HOWEVER...no matter what time or day my kids have appointments, we WAIT WAIT WAIT...it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get called back and additional wait time to see Dr. Julie. Today I waited 30 minutes before interrupting the nurses' personal conversation to ask to be called back. My kids love the outdoor playground and the fish tank is always beautiful. The office is typically cold, which I love but bring a jacket or blanket if you have little ones."
