"We recently had a distressing experience with Dr. Mridula Kedia, which I feel compelled to share. My friend's 2-year-old child was suffering from a severe illness, and despite several visits to Dr. Kedia, she was unable to identify the underlying cause. Unfortunately, our friend's child's condition deteriorated, leading to a tragic outcome. On Monday she was declared dead. While I understand that medical diagnoses can be challenging, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity and definitive answers provided by Dr. Kedia. It is important to stress that when dealing with complex medical conditions, seeking multiple opinions from different specialists is crucial. I encourage others to prioritise thorough evaluations and consider seeking second opinions when faced with similar situations. It's essential to find medical professionals who can provide comprehensive care and exhaust all possibilities in diagnosing and treating illnesses, especially when it involves the lives of young children."

"Horrible experience, girls in the front office are so rude. Would always wait to see the doctor (while already in the exam room) 40-1hr just to see her for 5 mins, barely answered any questions. Always wanted to vaccinate my kids? !? I felt like every visit she suggested a shot for something... this office is in a nice location but that is about it... horrible experience."

"I found the doctor and the staff very rude. I went because she accepted medi-cal and was close to my house but wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I was made to wait an hour after my appointment time before the doctor came to see me. It wasn't even busy, seemed like they didn't manage the appointments well. When the doctor finally came she said hi, said she will be back in 2 minutes and then went MIA for 20mins. During the appointment my phone rang, I took the phone out to silence it, without seeing what I was doing she said -you cannot answer that. I said I am not. I silenced the phone. She continued to say I need your full attention I cannot wait for you, you can't even text. I said I am not the phone is silent! She kept interrupting me while I was giving her the medical history and said she didn't want details let's wrap it up and when I forwarded through she picked on something and said why didn't you tell me this before you have to tell me everything and I'm like whats?! This was the most confusing and frustrating doctors office ever. And you have to pay for parking!! Hated everything about my experience here She deserves a less than 1star review."

"Dr. Kedia is great. However, her office staff is rude especially Lilliana. I called in and asked if they could fill out a school health form enrollment needed so my son could enroll in kindergarten. It has been two months and I still have yet to receive the form. Lilliana is rude and does not care about any of the patients. I was polite to her and have been patient long enough. When I called into the office to talk to Dr. Ked is she puts me on hold and comes back and says she will have the doctor call me but I haven't received a call! I even called today and was put on hold for ten minutes then she hung up on me and set their on call service so she didn't have to deal with me. This is not the first time I have been treated disrespectfully from this office. When waiting for your appt your likely to be here for 2 hours even for school shots! I would love to talk to Dr. Kedia if I could reach her!"
