"The one star is for the medical assistant in the window they were nice, they could do better but over all professional and nice. Now the doctor is another story. She has anger issues and does not have patience. She is not checking patients she sits far from you which I understand because of Covid but if I tell you I have an ear problem check me please, (I am vaccinated and I had a negative Covid test) she didn’t check my ears! She says she is not checking anyone because she is old and is afraid of getting Covid!!!! But lady charged $80 for the appointment and then when I called back to get my blood work results she said I have to pay another $50!!!!!!!!! She did it to my 9year old son too. All she does is ask questions but then when you answer she doesn’t let you finish your sentence. Once she’s done even though you’re not she tell you “hold on ill be back I have to go get something” she never comes back. I went to that office twice and both times were bad experiences and then I took my son once also a bad experience. I had to put my son back to his old doctor even though is far the doctor does her job!!!!! But this dr Geyda is just here to bill you and take your money!!!! I still owe $200 for the lab work when she told me it was covered. She is an evil little doctor. I pray she changes her ways."

"Careless staff.. I’ve been waiting on a referral to see a specialist. It’s been almost 2 months. I called the office today to get an update and they said that they are waiting for the insurance to approve it. I decided to call the insurance myself to get an update and they told me that the doctors office never put in a request for the referral. I called the dr. office again to let them know and they now are telling me that the doctor never had an order in my child’s chart for a referral. I asked why every time I call, they tell me they are waiting on the insurance to approve it if the order was never requested in the first place! And the person on the phone, named Jacqueline, didn’t have an answer for me. Unbelievable."
