"Dr Ballou nurse, Kira, was very unprofessional. She was very very cold to my child that was about to get a shot. Shot are scary as it is to them. My child never cries or will just cry a bit with shots , very social and friendly but this time around Kira was super cold hearted , didn’t speak or acknowledge her at all, not a word, no encouragement and my child could feel Kira being disconnected, emotionless and cried their eyes out, like never before. They was looking forward to get a dumb sticker afterwards that makes their day, Kira didn’t offer a stupid sticker. She made an new appointment and still didn’t want to speak or acknowledge neither of us. Very unprofessional. I hope this doesn’t happen to any else. Doctor Ballou office is an inspiring place and nurse Monica is lovely, it’s very unfortunate"
"Do not chose her as your pediatrician , she refuses to treat children with a fever because she thinks it’s covid19. Its sad the lack of help and care given by her office. Her front staff also lacks manners and simple compassion. As soon as you walk in you will feel unwelcomed. She never prescribes medication basically shes there just to maintain her medical license."
