"I've heard great things about Dr. Kramer, but this office was really high on their own supply. I made an appointment for our son, and waited weeks for the appointment. I am aware of the vaccination policy they have, and respect it, but I got *multiple* calls making sure I was aware of the policy, and those calls felt confrontational. I'm sorry they have to deal with anti-vaccinators, but that's not my fault, so I don't want it to be my problem. But then, THE DAY BEFORE the appointment, I got a call that they needed my records within a few hours or they'd cancel my son's appointment. I don't think you can have it both ways - either you can be prepared ahead of time and strict, or you can be last minute and flexible. A preventable major customer service failure. I'm writing this review both so future parents understand that customer service isn't their strength, but also so the owners of the practice know what the customer service experience is like."

"Dr. Kramer and Dr. Ghindi are fantastic. They listen and truly show care for my children. No question is unanswered and there is no sense of judgement whatsoever. They interact well with the kids as well as the “grown ups”. They are current on their medical knowledge and every suggestion they have given me in the past 6 years has been spot on. My kids do not fear their doctor visits, they actually look forward to them. I have and continue to recommend them to friends and family."

Our primary pediatrician is Dr. Whitman and he’s the absolute sweetest. He’s extremely patient and has great bedside manner with our baby. We’ve also had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Kramer and Dr. King for various visits. It’s comforting to know the type of care is the same across the board. Staff and nurses are also extremely welcoming. We love coming to the office for this purpose."
