I took a course here over the summer and they were more than accommodating, allowing me to use an empty classroom to study in before or after class, and allowed me space to take practice exams if other proctors were present! It makes a difference that the person emailing about your course isn't a random person in another state but the person you see every day when you come to class. I spent at least a half day, every day here at this location and was always greeted kindly- the staff was more than happy to help in any way that they could, even lending materials to supplement my study.
