Ashlie C. Tam, DO is a pediatric center located in Pismo Beach, California. Our board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Tam, specializes in caring for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on their specific health needs and advocating for their healthy development. If your child requires specialty care, our pediatrician will coordinate a personalized care plan with the appropriate pediatric specialist. Virtual visits are also available for added convenience. Dr. Tam received her doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a master’s degree in nutrition from the University at Buffalo.

Located on the 2nd floor, our office features a main entrance and a separate "sick entrance" for patients experiencing cold symptoms. Regular well visits are recommended for infants during their first two years, allowing our pediatrician to monitor their growth and development closely. Any concerns regarding development will be addressed promptly and referrals to specialists will be made if necessary.

As the only pediatric group in South San Luis Obispo County, we have a bilingual staff fluent in both English and Spanish. We adhere to the latest guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics and participate in the Reach Out and Read literacy program, providing a book to each child at every well visit.
