"please stay away this office. They don’t care and don’t need patients. My husband came to the office to make appointment for my dad. They did not let him enter the office, he had to stay outside to call them, while staff sitting inside looking at him without coming to open the door. After 10 mins, she finally opened the door to talk to my husband, but still he was not allowed to step in. Ridiculously, he had to stay outside the door and read out loud my dad’s insurance info so she could key in the system. What’s wrong with those office’s people? Are they insane? It’s 2023 already, not 2020 Covid. If you don’t want to welcome people, please shut down your place"

"Literally the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a pediatricians office. I can’t even speak to how great or awful the pediatrician was because I never met him. The front staff SUCKS. They have no clue what they are doing, kept giving me the run around for making an appointment for my two kids. Literally the absolute worst. I would NEVER recommend this place just based solely on the front stuff. Wish I could give less than one star."

"This place is unbelievable! I really need medicines and ask the doctor/nurse for new prescriptions (for refills). I called several times and even stop by the doctor office for the prescription; they ignore me and tell me go to Rite Aids Pharm to give them a call. Are you serious, how hard could it be to sign the new prescription? You are wasting my time and my effort! You don’t care about patients at all. I really need that medicines and it has been 4days past due; why dont you understand? I quit going here! Treat people and patients like shiit !!!!! You are considered yourself a doctor. Oh, please, stop it!"

"Dr. Dang is an excellent listener and proactive. I had all my blood work and immunization for graduate school at Dr. Trach's office. In general, you want your doctor up to date with the latest technology and information in their respective fields and I found Dr. Trach very informed, engaged and up to date. Staff at the front office and nurses are extremely professional and courteous."
