"We were 7 minutes late to our first ever appointment with her (after getting lost in the hospital and standing in the wrong lines). Dr. Khan refused to see us on the basis that we already missed half the appointment. We asked the staff if we could just get the school required vaccinations and return another day for the complete physical. We were told that she still refused. It was explained to her that the next available appointment wasn't until after school started, but she wouldn't budge. I'm upset that my child couldn't get vaccinated for school today, but I'm glad we learned how cold and uncaring she is, before we started seeing her. Looking for a new pediatrician now that cares about her patients well being all around and not just her schedule (even though she took a patient instead of us in our time slot). Note: The staff at Sutter were very understanding and helpful. They managed to book my son for next week with a medical assistant, who agreed to see him despite her already fully booked day."

"All the staff were great from the moment that I arrived. Everyone made my surgery experience very calming and comfortable. One of the nurses even let me use her cell phone because I had forgotten mine. Would definitely go back to the Glastonbury Surgery Center."
