"Like most new parents we were very nervous and particular about who we wanted as a pediatric doctor to care for our first-born son and help us being new parents. We also in particular were less mainstream and wanted as natural of baby care as possible and someone that would support us in our vaccine believes, wanting to take it much slower than the “standard” recommendations. We wanted to find a small independent pediatric office (which is almost distinct today). Someone that would work with us parents and help educate us, provide us with good advice and options. This was the case for our son and daughter that were cared for in the office since they were born. This office was just incredible. Dr. DeVilliers was at first our main pediatrician for many years. She was amazing and so caring how she worked with us and our comfort levels. As for any health issues we had we always received an option for treating our kids as natural as possible (always considering our wishes). They had a 24/7 on-call service, which was so important to us as we had some specific health issue we were dealing with, with one of the children. The 24/7 on-call service came very handy, especially since we travelled a lot internationally. As the kids grew older, Dr. Pabari became our main pediatrician, who was just as fantastic. Everyone in the office, including the other Drs., nurses, and staff are incredibly caring, patient and dedicated to the welfare of their little patients. In terms of the additional concierge fee that the office is requesting, it really comes from their strong desire to continue to provide the additional services and quality care that they have always offered. The annual charge is not something they originally had but were really forced into, by the changes and reductions in health care reimbursements, which is a detriment to good DRs. and makes us lose good drs. across the board in the industry. We are so glad that the office found a solution, to not jeopardize the additional care they provide, and we are more than happy to pay that annual fee. And btw, if you have financial hardship, they have options as well. They truly are there for their patients. You will not get that type of service at any mainstream offices. Now, our kids are both teenagers and we continue paying for the concierge service as we so appreciate the office and how we benefited from their excellent care. We will stay with this office as long as they want to take care of our almost grown children, which I heard is until they go to college. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such a fantastic caring office to our family."

"The doctors are excellent and nursing team too! But depending on your insurance they will charge a concierge fee up to $700. They have a financial hardship program where you can pay the amount that fits your finance situation. But if you pay less than what they charge they will harass you every month to check if you could pay the full amount of the concierge fee. That ended up being more expensive than paying the wellness appointment out of pocket. I was harassed by the billing team for 9 months until I decided to leave the office. I sorry that I had to drop Dr de Villiers care but I could sincerely not deal with such financial discrimination for longer. I pay too much insurance to deal with it."
