Reviews
"Super bad experience. She saw my young son with very high fever and didn't test him for flu during flu peak season. He was diagnosed with the flu couple days later and it got complicated into pneumonia. She could have been more thorough to avoid all these complications."
"Dr. Chang is a wonderful holistic doctor. She really cares about the patient and everything going on in the child's life. She doesn't just look at one aspect, she integrates the entire picture and doesn't compartmentalize things that so often regular western medicine leans towards. Additionally, she checks in with you, she really cares, you don't feel rushed with her and she looks at all aspects of health, mental health, nutrition and beyond. I have seen many doctors in my lifetime due to health issues and I can honestly say she's exceptional. I rarely write reviews on doctors but I felt compelled because she's such a wonderful doctor and because the previous post was harsh, inaccurate and fairly attacking based on one interaction. After reading that negative review it was not apparent to that mother that pneumonia tests are not accurate and that children often do have high fevers in general. Doing an x-ray on a young baby is not good medicine unless truly warranted and blaming a doctor for doing their best is completely reactive. I am a mother and I understand being frustrated and feeling helpless. But it's not ok to blame a very good doctor for situations that change. Pneumonia can happen after a few days and if there was a concern the mom could have asked for the test. I wonder if the treatment changed? Talking to your doctor about your concerns is important and Dr Chang has always demonstrated the ability to have open conversations and including you in your healthcare plan. Sometimes health concerns change and going back helps I digress, another exceptional aspect about Dr Chang is that she sees you through your health issues. She doesn't just say here take a pill.... She is thorough kind patience and researches things. She has a passion for medicine but also for taking care of patients."
