He has not only learnt to cope with his illnesses well but has also become a well rounded teenager. "I'd say there are issues with Staff which needs to be addressed, they are at time very Rude, I’d not so pleasant experience multiple times with staff, I’m only writing recent one here: My wife visited office and asked for help on updating Yellow Card for Vaccinations records, my Son had in the state of Washington, one of the staff said, It's not her Job to Update on the yellow card, and asked my Wife to Visit the Doctors office where my son got the Vaccination in first place. Next Day I’d to delay my office and visit Clinic to understand issue and get it fixed. I’ve also seen increased wait time when we report at previously scheduled time, We had to wait for any where between hour and 2 in the room for doctors to come and visit us. Seems they have too many patients and can’t keep promise to see patient on time. I’m thinking of Changing to another Pediatrics for my Kids… They used to be Nice earlier, but I’d bad experience in recent times, I hope they can improve there services."
