"Very unorganized! Instead of airing out my frustration with this office. I will give advise. Don't set a video call or phone call during times that are typically busy. If you do make sure you communicate. Bedside manners now extend beyond the office. Set a number of hours where you can focus on the video or phone calls you accept and limit those to an acceptable time frame. Like between the hours of 4 and 6 or on specific days. Even a combination of both. Also schedule office visits better as well. We have had two issues back to back. Not pleased."

"One of the best doctors I have met. She listens everything calmly. Explains everything very very well. The amount of time she takes to support patient is unbelievable. She goes above and beyond, where she called us back even after our visit to give some additional helpful information. Also, she tried to link Test/xray code such a way that patient does not incur huge cost and it can be covered under insurance. My daughter had a couple of issues and without panicing or pushing hard, she gave multiple options and treated her well. She does not push for unnecessary medicines. Give lots of good advice on good, screen time and other habits. Also gives options of phone or video or personal visits as per our need. I am super super satisfied. My both kids go here and we will visit her until they are adults. Strongly recommended."

She spends a lot of time and listens to all the concerns and explains the issue and what exactly has to be done and why it is done. Her diagnosis is very accurate. She goes out of the way to provide any sort of help and guidance from her side. Dr. Asrani follows up very closely by making calls to check if the baby is recovering and doing fine.
