"My website has yet to be updated. Since the conversion from Petdesk in November yet, I am being billed for services I have not received. I have emailed multiple times to have someone call me and no one has called me. Do not recommend!!!!"

"This company lies to their customers. They use the same drag and drop themes for all their customer sites including their own. Why not just be honest with your customers? Using the DIVI theme builder is not custom work and is the equivalent of using WIX for your site. You use plugins for simple things like forms. I can only imagine this is because you have no idea how to actually code beyond the very very basics. It is absolutely okay to use DIVIs drag and drop website builder, what is not okay is advertising yourself as some sort custom service for web development. To be dishonest about something like this makes me wonder how far you go with this. So everyone knows, the typical charge for a site that is built in WordPress using a theme builder is around $500-$700 flat. They are made to be user friendly to where anyone can do it. Nothing said here you can even deny because it can very very very easily be proven as this information is available to the public. You might not have realized this. If you want to be a better liar you may want to change the name of your theme on your customers sites to something other than the most commonly used theme builder in WordPress. You can still figure it out, it is just a lot harder."
