"It's the cutest little family vet place ever. They accept care credit and general credit cards or cash. They are a corporation now so the fee's have gone up a lot. I still take my pets here for service. The doctors spend a ton of time with you. Never rushed, and they always come up with the best plan for your pet. I love the new cat area they made for overnight stays. Oh, they offer military discounts and show them your card! You're welcome. ✅️"

"I brought my dog here hoping they would help her feel better as she had not been eating and was drastically losing weight. She was recommended to be hospitalized so I hospitalized her thinking it’ll make her feel better. But, instead she got worse and had sadly passed away a little over a day of picking her up. The treatment hadn’t done anything to help, and I didn’t like how non transparent this hospital was about her care. They gave her two medications without my knowledge or authorization. I hadn’t known until I went to pick her up from the first hospitalization and asked why the expense was more than agreed upon and signed for. They told me they gave her two shots and that I should have been told but no one bothered to mention it in the 2 update calls I was given about her condition. Not only that but the second estimate for the 2nd day of hospitalization had line items that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. There was a line item that just stated injections for 99 dollars. When I asked the vet tech about it she couldn’t answer what the specific injections would be, rather just said it was an umbrella term for in case my dog crashed during her second day of hospitalization. And when I talked to the doctor that day and asked the same question she said it shouldn’t be on there that the estimate already has the injections listed. I ended up not going through with the second day of hospitalization cause at that point she was worse and I wanted to just let her be at home peacefully for the time she had left, which I now know wasn’t much. I honestly regret coming here in the first place, I feel like I lost the extra time I could have had with my dog due to the hospitalization and felt like this hospital only saw me for how much money they could get from me while I was looking for anyway to save or make my dog feel better. I will not be returning and will look for another hospital to care for my remaining family. I have two stars because of one of the doctors had seen my two cats in a previous for their first exam and was kind to them and that was a good experience, except for the bill being higher than what was quoted over the phone. Again, the reviews about pricing not being disclosed clearly upfront are true."

"They were friendly and good with my brother's dog. The only thing I was not happy about was that when he picked up the dog and paid they forgot to charge him for a test so when I called about the test results a few days later I was told he still had a balance due of $65. I was out of town and I checked his receipt when I returned and it said paid in full. I then had to make the time to call and find out why he had a balance when he had paperwork that says paid in full. He is older and can be forgetful so it was not really fun having to tell him that they forgot to charge him for a procedure."

"I take my 2 senior cats, and I like how they are treated .They are gentle and caring towards my boys and are on top of things, and I'm really happy that they open early issues so convenient for me."
