"Had a appointment @ 1:00 pm on the 12th of March 2024 went there half hour earlier the lobby is completely empty I am the only person in the waiting room paid my copay and waiting for my appointment time of 1:00 pm and then it’s 1:30 pm still no communication by staff regarding my appointment so I ask the staff when are they going to call me and the staff person said that the Dr is not in yet and they don’t know when he is coming. What a waste of my time mind you this was a referral from my Nephrologist office and I was there before once . Please avoid this place if you can cause your time is not important to this place and go to a place where they value you."

"Receptionist was unfriendly to us. Never said please may I have your ID and insurance cards. Informed that I could not be with my husband when it should have been explained prior to us coming. As for the doctor I don’t know yet but will review after my husband has been seen. I am a health care office manager and this is unacceptable to not have compassion and manners at front desk. Healing begins the moment you enter a medical office no matter where. I don’t recommend coming to this office"
