"This is based on my last two experiences with them. We brought our aging puppy there to put her down after a long fight with cancer. It was a hard decision and we finally decided it was time. They put us in a room and made us wait so long our dog was getting antsy and started barking up a storm making our decision that much harder. It was about an hour and a half they made us wait. We enjoyed the extra time with our dog but we're very off put by the experience. They also never called us to let us know our dogs ashes and arrived until months later. Today we went back with our other dog who needed updated shots and again we were waiting a solid 45 minutes after our appointment time to be seen. We ended up leaving with no doctor ever coming to see us as we had other things scheduled. Now I understand emergencies do happen but the front room has about 4 vet techs standing around who could have updated us after an hour wait in a small room and no updates. This leads me to believe they don't care for their customers time and I will not be using them again. If you value your time and want equal respect from a business I'd look elsewhere for your vet needs."

"They saved my dogs life. Great service and very friendly staff. I live in the bay area and the vet hospitals here cost $$$ a lot especially for a surgery. My dog had a bladder stone and has had two obstruction. the only option was to perform surgery, which we could not afford at our bay area vet. I thankfully reached out to my friend Sam who works at Venetian Pet Hospital for advice and she was able to schedule my dog Jack for a surgery within a week. And the cost was 5 times less than what my vet in the bay area would charge. Total for his surgery was $2300, as opposed to the bay area was $8000-$10000. Dr. Tracey did all the xray, check up and surgery with in a day and succesfully took out all his bladder stones. I am so grateful for the venetian team. I will definitely come back to them for future check ups. It is worth the drive. Jack is finally home, resting and recovering from surgery! THANK YOU AGAIN VERY MUCH VENETIAN PET HOSPITAL!"

"I cannot say enough positive comments about this clinic. Everything from the initial call to the discharge of my pet was 10 stars. I had gone to another vet in town. It was the worst experience from being grossly overcharged to the office staff. This hospital was recommended by my sister in law, and they are phenomenal. The vet tech was so great, and the vet was also amazing. I absolutely felt like they had my pets best interest and did not feel like I was being taken to the cleaners. I am so happy that I have found my pet a trustworthy vet clinic. I honestly cannot believe they don't have 5 stars."
