"Parkway was the worst vet I’ve ever been to. They gave my puppy a fourth shot of vaccine when I’ve told them she’s already gotten three. My puppy was only 3 pounds, who knows what a fourth shot would do to her body, we were really worried. Then, their doctors had to ask their “boss” to refund the needless shot, because they can’t make that decision. The whole experience the doctor was using condescending tones towards us because the first few shots were done overseas. I tried another doctor at Parkway, similar situation. The nurse fitted my puppy with a cone that is too big, and the doctor said we need to pay extra for the second cone. Doctor also scared us with saying her dermatitis will likely not heal for life when she is just a few months old. Turns out she is perfectly fine now. This clinic just keeps on giving us horrible medical services, bad advises, scares us as first time dog parents and charges A LOT while doing so."
