"What an incredible team of people! The receptionist was handling multiple groups of clients in the waiting room while simultaneously tending to five different individuals on the phone. She remained calm and was patient and friendly with all of us, which made the experience of going to the vet for the first time much easier on my new puppy. The veterinary technicians made my pup and I feel special and explained everything that was going to be done in the treatment area of the hospital before they took Sprocket back. The DVMs I met were bright, kind, and most importantly, my dogs liked them!
