"I was scheduled as a new patient. Being “new patient” I got lost somehow and arrived 4:25. My appt was 4:15, as I walked in to the office, a gentlemen stated “we just called you, dr left already.” While I understand I was late, most offices have a 10-15 min grace late period, especially being a new patient. I worked in the medical field and I understand at times we need to reschedule patient since it will hinder doctors schedule. However, leaving because he figured his new pt no show is unprofessional."
