"Very pleased with service received for an exotic pet in October 2022 when other places were booked out or won't even see those animals. They did a full exam of a 6 month guinea pig who had been losing weight and had.had a wet butt for a couple weeks. Home remedies weren't helping. They tested for a bacteria and recommended a course of action (a probiotic to purchase at a pet store or online). They were gentle and took time with the pet, and i think I paid around $100. The guinea pig almost seemed to improve overnight and with the probiotic started gaining weight again. There was a relapse a few months but nothing linked to the service provided. The animal is now in good health and has continuously been a great emotional support and comic/fluffy relief to our family."

I really felt a good vibe here and none of the pretentious judgmental snootiness that I have experienced elsewhere. And, it cost much less than most places that I have been to. I really enjoyed the visit and am glad to have found someplace that I feel comfortable taking my beloved brethren to. Having confidence in your healthcare provider is key and not an easy thing to find nowadays. Thank you! You guys rock and we had a great visit."
