He answers all of our questions thoroughly, let's us know what his professional opinion is every step of the way, and has been realistic and honest while still being patient and considerate of what we are all going through. "My Dad passed away under his care, I called the office many times and he doesnt have a RN or LPN who can talk to me and know whats going on. My dad was in so much pain, nausea and vomiting from chemo therapy and all I want is Nausea med for my dad. I even insisted that my dad need to drain his ascites because he was not able to sleep at all. I insisted to talk to him on behalf of my dad and I finally got the chance to talk to him after a whole day chasing this doctor on the phone and I was hoping he will listen but he got the phone and asked me “what do you want”? We practice patient centered care and I feel sick on how he handled my dad’s care. All he cares about is how much chemo my dad will get so he can get paid. I never wish anyone to go through what my family experience but this doctor should not even practice here in the USA."

"We have been to both offices but typically see him in chula vista. He is a real miracle worker. My mom was basically on her way out last year with Stage 4 breast cancer, but with his treatment and compassion, my mom has made a complete turn around. Her tumors are over 50% shrunken and she is much more like her old self. Dr Vlad is realistic but still treats the problem with optimism and I think that attitude really helped my mom in a way. We always look forward to seeing him."
