"It's never easy to find out your best friend is terminally ill but the staff guided us with compassion, care and understanding. We had to drive 3 hours, each way, to find a neurologist who could see us immediately and I would do it again. If only this team was a little closer to home, I would recommend them to everyone. I don't have a whole lot of time left with my dog but they made him as comfortable as possible. Even sending me a good night picture and kissing him on his furry little head. May you never need their services but if you do, do not hesitate to contact them. Shout out to Ashley at check in and Josh in Neurology. You guys are lovely humans."
"Great experience here. Our boy had a possible obstruction and they took him back pretty quickly on a Sunday morning. After consulting with the doctor I was told it would be a couple hours and I could go home and wait for a call, which I did. The doc recommended we either leave him overnight, or we take him home and come back early the next day before it was busy for a follow up x-ray. We decided to take him home and follow the instructions. The follow up was much cheaper, eventhough I assumed it would be about the same as our first day. Front desk staff is great and the techs and doctor were great. For a complicated ER, where they are constantly re-prioritizing patients, and dealing with regular tragedy, they operate very well. While I was waiting, I also saw a couple come in with a stray then found to see if he had a chip. They went out of their way to track the owner down and the dog was reunited with his owner outside (great job ladies!). This is a very nice and well equipped place if your pet has an emergency. It will cost more than your normal vet, but that's how any pet or human ER is. Get pet insurance so you don't have to make difficult decisions in bad situations."
"I took my dog to the urgent care here because her nail broke off and was excessively bleeding. I was so panicked, and I just drove to the nearest emergency animal hospital. I was impressed with the team’s friendliness and professionalism. They took her in so quickly and went over her care with me, and I was very happy in the end. My baby is doing a lot better now thanks to the staff at ACCESS on the evening of 1/16."
"They get one star because the dog is still alive. But that's it, I've never experienced such an unprofessional level of communication they were very apt to take my money to do the service for the dog. But when I had any questions about after care. I was ignored for at least 72 hours. I would be more than happy to play. The message that they gave me 3 days later. The level professionalism is that of high schoolers. They have the 0 tolerance policy that they mask as to prevent you from being rude. But in reality, it is a barrier for you not to be able to criticize them in any way. No matter how justified your criticism is, they will automatically shut it down and be very aware of what you're signing when it comes to payments. I was given a cost of $4800. Then they gave me an invoice, but then it gave me an additional charge of $1300 and have yet to explain what it was for, nor did they give me any invoice over it. Just took it off the card. After they said that the original cost. I had still had credit built up, so please again. Where was the justification for the $1300 that they did not bill me for but took off my card When confronted about it All I received was silence so I asked again silence again when I ask a third time. I was told that I was being rude. Also, they will slander you and liable you to prevent themselves from getting sued. In my opinion, this is the type of business that runs until the wheels fall off The emotional toll that their front desk staff is not worth the time and effort. That's put into fixing your animal. You can find a better place."
"Don’t bring your pets here! They will make up some story to get more money from you and keep your pet suffering. They take advantage of grieving owners I brought my dog in because she was hit by a car and they said they couldn’t do much until she was stable so they kept her overnight and said that will be 5k. At night the doctor called and said she was doing a lot better and she was getting stable. In the morning they called again it was around 7am they said she was doing fine. At 11 when they called once again they said she was gonna need at least 3 more days there and that to continue treatment it was going to be at least 8k and will go up from there. Keep in mind they never gave us a straight up diagnosis. They told us either pay to continue or you can put her down cause she’ll only last a couple of days. They told us even if we continue treatment there was a 50/50 chance. As soon as they said that we went to take her out. We took her to another vet. The vet told some of the things they were saying that she had she did not have. He preformed her surgery that same day and now she’s walking running eating playing doing everything a happy dog does. I strongly encourage you to NOT bring your pet here."
