"Came for Lilly but she bounces around 3 clinics. Each one is mysteriously understaffed, doesn't answer their phones, won't authorize payments in a timely manner, insists you use digital features so that they don't have to hire a human, just pathetic. Pushed meds on me without tests to confirm, pushed me to pay more than once since they lost my record, outrageous. Hope they're happy overcharging and ringing clients dry."

"This office is a joke.. they don't answer their phones or call you back after leaving multiple voice-mails. I convinced my grandmother to switch to this clinic due to the great reviews but now see that was a mistake. They've lost her paperwork more than once. They're impossible to get ahold of. And now unfortunately my grandmother has passed away, it's been over 3 weeks and still has not signed the death certificate. I cannot believe how this is being handled. My grandmothers body cannot be touched until we get that certificate so now during this difficult time for my family we are having to deal with this too."

"Worst experience. First appointment waited over an hour and had to leave due to work duties. Second appointment, I made it remotely. She was still very late. And then half the call was about how great she is and how she finds problems that no one else does. My mom in parallel had picked her due to glowing reviews and she was completely non-responsive when she needed a refill of one of her pills. She also tried hard to sell her hormone therapy more than once during her first 2 conversations. I reported her to UHG and they dropped 2/3 of her reviews. Maybe they weren't all real? I doubt all reviews here are real."
