"Dr. Yang manages my father who doesn’t always remember a lot of detail. When I called his office to speak to him directly, his PA returns my call, could not answer my question so I asked to have him call me. He never responded. I called 4 other times. He called me a day later, but I did not pick up in time and returned his call only to have to have the staff page him and he never responded. I paged again and his PA returned my call again where I explained that I still needed to speak to him. She said she will have him call me back. He never did. I gave up after 2 weeks of trying to reach him."
