"AMAZING!!! When you first get diagnosed with cancer there are so many emotions you go through. You deal with the cards you are dealt but you wait patiently hoping everything turns out fine. Through the whole process I was told my hair would grow back. I loved hearing that because you feel so let down by what is going on with your body. So when I lost my hair after my second chemo treatment (May 31, 2017 a date I will never forget), I had my head shaved and a wig fitted, patiently waiting for my hair to grow back as I was told by my doctor that it would. Guess what, two years after my last treatment, my doctor takes a look at my scalp and tells me in no uncertain terms “your hair won’t be coming back.” I was so depressed. It was awful! I have lost my hair forever! Then the heavens parted and I was introduced to Deborah and OAW. How she has changed my life. There are no words to describe it. To be able to go outside in public and have hair. Deborah is a genius, in addition to being caring and comforting. The entire team is there for you. They listen to you and have your best interest at heart. There is nothing like having hair esteem and Deborah and OAW provides this. "This company claimed they would help me with insurance but as soon as they pocketed the money they didn’t help and I ended up having to pay the extremely high prices they have listed. Their prices are definitely inflated which makes me feel exploited as a cancer patient. Their main manager, Hiba will take a very long time to get back to you. She also didn’t tell me about the credit card fee when I paid with a cc the first time. They also said they would help logistically and coordinate when they would fly out to NYC. But they didn’t help with that and Debbie even flew out to NYC for a couple days and Hiba lied to me and said she wasn’t there, so I had to pay to come all the way to LA to get my extensions fixed. Hiba is very quick to get your money but then it takes multiple attempts of contacting her to coordinate things or get appointments or get my hair back."

"I chose to cold cap during my chemo; I was fortunate to save a lot of my hair; however, I did shed quite a bit. This left me with a lot of breakage and thinning hair.
