"I tried leaving a review of his office in the Anthem BlueCross site but it wouldn't let me so I'm going to leave it here. I made an appointment a month ago after designating him as my Primary Care Physician through the website. His staff called me and asked for my information and a bunch of question that she couldn't explain to me on the phone but expected me to answer them. I repeatedly asked whether they can take my insurance and she claimed yes. I made the appointment and a day prior to my appointment, she called once again to verify my information. I gladly gave my info once again and asked if they can take my insurance and she said yes. The day of my appointment, she asked once again for my insurance card and said she needed to verify whether they can take my insurance. She hasn't done her work whatsoever. I waited for 40 minutes and asked for the status and she said she hasn't called Anthem yet. I left. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Wasted my time where I could've possibly seen another doctor in my area. The doctor couldn't help whatsoever with the issue. Don't go to this place."
