"So I will be having a procedure here tomorrow. I have to say my opinion of this facility will be a one star for one simple fact I feel they have violated my rights under the ADA guidelines by not accepting my exemptions along with with violating my HIPPA rights by asking me if I am vaccinated or better yet basing me receiving my procedure based off weather I am or not. It is shame that at this stage if the game I either go through with the procedure and trust what is being said to me or start all over again. Ironic I have to prove I am safe yet they don't have to prove they are safe"
