"The online store is actually awful, purchased many clothing pieces, wore one wrap dress twice, washed as per instructions and it came out with a big tear along the neck line, tried to get it refunded and was told I had to take a gift card, fought that and they agreed to refund me 2 months later still no refund, I emailed them asking for an update as I still hadn’t received my refund and got this response “Dear Laura, the refund should have been done. Kind regards Hina” What kind of a response is that ? Will be reporting to my bank now as it seems completely fraudulent"

"Seraphine has a location inside Macy's! I was so excited to stumble on to the store. I was in search for a dress for my baby shower since the 2 I ordered online didn't work out. I found the cutest dresses there and the quality was way better than what I had ordered. Everyone loved the dress and I got so many compliments!"
