"I really wanted to like this place and planned to be a loyal customer. After bringing in a few pieces of clothing for them to alter and the alterations meeting my satisfaction, I brought in several more. I don't know if it was the Thanksgiving holiday or what but they did a poor job on all of the pieces. They were cut and sewn unevenly and one of my favorite $300 dresses was completely ruined. I found this out after taking them home and trying them all on and rushed back to the store in the rain to make them aware of the problem. I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing time and was standing there outside the invisible doors in the rain with my $300 dress and they just looked at me and said they were closed. These people do not know how to appreciate or respect their customers."
