"Dr. Vacchani is one of the most personable people on the planet. He's very funny and truly cares about his patients. The staff there is always quite nice as well. The only negative is the amount of time you have to wait to be seen. They are always at least 30 minutes late and often 45. One time, I had to wait for more than an hour. If you have other appointments, plan accordingly."
"Worst doctor's office I've ever encountered. Worst service in 6 plus months. After an endoscopy, I received treatment from a Nurse Practitioner that after a medication gave me side effects, refused to allow me to or tell me how to stop taking a medication. Doctor there recommended a different medication. It helped but my condition got worse. Doctor recommended another stomach reducer, I wasn't interested as they were not helping. Didn't listen to any other symptoms I was having. He then referred me to a surgeon. The wrong type of surgeon. The Doctor, NP, and front office staff all having poor service. I missed out on work, used up sick time and paid a co pay due to a mistake from incompetent staff."
