"Incompetence is the only word I can use to describe my experience. On the first visit I was given the wrong vaccine, which they did zero follow up after informing me of their error. For my follow up visit I was supposed to have gone for lab work prior, but was not informed of the need of this lab work prior which was made obvious when they had no record of my preferred lab. If you value your health and well being find a different group who can actually provide quality healthcare."

"I have had three visits with Dr. Pannikath, Rheumatologist. She is highly professional, extremely thorough yet warm and kind. I have seen 8 rheumatolgists over the years and she is by far the best. I was so impressed with her and the staff that I changed to UCLA Health for primary care. I had to wait for Dr. Veen to start. She was equally professional, thorough warm and kind. Both doctors made changes to my treatment that immediately improved my health. I can call the office and reach a helpful staff member. The portal is very helpful. If is easy to use. Both doctors have gotten back to me right away with detailed answers through the portal. I can only think that negative reviews may be to keep these world class doctors right in our backyard a secret. Highly recommend."

"UCLA provides excellent care and makes use of the most up to date procedures and technologies. We are most fortunate to have this new presence in our community but new things take time to iron out little difficulties. As UCLA expands here, care will be more available to those of us who are patient and supportive. Both my husband and I are very pleased with Dr Gallardo - she is kind and compassionate, listens well and asks intelligent questions. Most recently when she was out of the office, the staff set me up with another provider who, through a video conference, was able to assess my situation and provide remediation. I certainly did not have that kind of service before!"

"Awful patient service and completely disorganized. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Phoebe Chen back in April this year, and I was told by the receptionist that they didn’t have appointments available for her yet and that they would open up her schedule in two weeks. I called back on the exact date they told me, and they told me they were booking out into August— a whole 4 months! I was confused why the wait was so long since the schedule for Dr. Phoebe opened up just that day, and the receptionist tells me that they’ve been scheduling for her for weeks now. So clearly, someone doesn’t have their story right. August rolls around, and I get left a voicemail saying that my appointment was cancelled. I called back to reschedule and am told the next available is in October even though THEY cancelled ME due to the doctor being unavailable. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Not a single apology was offered."
