"We went here and had our 3 animals looked at. Vet said our cat had kidney failure and recommended 2 more tests to confirm. We go along with it and basically tells us there's no treatment besides wet food. Go to a different vet and they run a test to check kidneys. The cat doesn't have kidney failure. 4 months later cat is sick and we hit an emergency vet who also tests the cat. Still no kidney failure. So the assumption here is the vet either is bad or they milked us for money. I would go somewhere else."
"I have been going here for a year or so.Had my dog spayed here at the Low Cost Spaying Days.Very fair prices."
"I would give this 5 stars but the girls in the front are really doing this business a disservice with their attitudes. Davidson & all the Vets are caring, compassionate and will go above and beyond when you’re panicking bc your loved one is ill or on the verge of dying.... but then, u go to the front & the girls are unkind, unfriendly and downright rude. It’s not just me but my hubs, my bff and 2 of my neighbors who recommended Dr. Davidson stopped going there bc of their behavior. They make you feel like your an inconvenience and while this place has low costs- it’s still an expensive cost. There’s never an excuse for this. I grew up poor& worked at Burger King in the dirty south when they had the .99 whoppers & Ihop in the hood graveyard shift to get me through college. No matter what, I did my job with kindness to every1. This would be the type of place where this is warranted. I too am getting to the point where I would switch bc they make you feel like you’re not suppose to ask them questions. When I tried to clarify I was told to hold on bc she’s busy & she messed up my script, and another time I forgot the meds to which she tried to blame it on me but she’s suppose to hand it to me (Esp when u have a sick dog in one arm and a bunch of meds in the other) There is one lady who does speak to you- I believe she owns a Yorkie. You guys really have to get it together. WE ARE YOUR CLIENTS. You need to be able to multitask, show compassion, greet us, & be transparent. It really, really ruins Dr. Davidson’s hard work. You have an amazing job & every1 has an overwhelming job so that’s not an excuse. People depend on their pets & love them like family so if you can’t be friendly then at least be professional."
"I might be speaking for myself but when I deal with professions like doctors mechanic, plumbers, people who unlock your door when you lose your keys I'm always expecting to get up sold... remarkably Value Vet worked with me on a doable price for what I needed done... minimal testing / procedures and medication and maximum results... my dog is doing just fine... thank you!"
"It's not much of a value. Like most vets it's an ala cart menu. I didn't particularly like the vet I saw . I watched him gushing over a young attractive blonde girl and by proxy her dog, He seemed very enthusiastic. By contrast when I saw him with my 16 year old dog he was dry and not particularly interested. He recommended I do about $600 dollars or more of blood tests and ex rays. Eventually I got the flea medicine I needed and the de-wormer . The cost was a little more than $200 dollars."
