"I consider myself a patient person, I mean I waited for you for 35 minutes (things happen I understand). All you had to do was greet me in some fashion (which there was none) and then perhaps acknowledge your extreme tardiness to my appointment. I traveled a long way to get there and took time off work. Instead, you put it on me by first saying, "so I hear you have to leave" at that point I had about 10 minutes to get out of there to be back at work that is one hour away. I thought this is how she is going to start after the humiliating 35 minute wait? Literally all you had to do was say some kind of "hello" and/or "I know you are pressed for time, I am sorry about that, so let's see what we can get done and I won't charge you for this 10 minute shotgun appointment." You were zero professional or sympathetic to my wait and time sacrificed. So I was a little upset. I had been looking forward to the appointment and meeting you...unfortunate. The young lady in the front office was great by the way."

"Don't let the fact that she looks like a movie star fool you... Dr. Grewal is a skilled physician/surgeon. When you walk into her office or interact with her staff, the precision and attention to detail she puts into her practice is evident. She diagnosed an aggressive tumor and quickly assembled a care team of the best oncologists in the world.
