"This is my 1st NEGATIVE REVIEW EVER. I am ARTHUR MURRAYS CERTIFIED SILVER MASTERS DEGREE DANCE INSTRUCTOR. If you would ask ANY OF MY STUDENTS they would tell you a lot about me I just don’t want to brag. I dedicated 5 YEARS of my life to ARTHUR MURRAYS. ARTHUR MURRAYS was MY LIFE. I am Extremely Disappointed with VALENCIA studio. If I would be a student with money They would go above and beyond with their sales people skills to show me how amazing of a people they are. Below is what I wrote to them after they kept ignoring me completely for a few months me trying to get a job with them: “ Blessings over those who smile to others not because they are draining someone’s pocket but to those who sincerely smile. The truth is I was in shock after not to receiving back even a little note from you after I came with open heart to your studio. I called you multiple times . I opened up about how I lost everything & how crucial for me to get that job . I even stopped by after you kept ignoring me to drop off the Resume. I dedicated 5 years of my life to Arthur Murrays. The Biggest CEO of 6 Franchise Dance studios called you to tell you how hard of a worker I was pouring out my heart to my students but you still ignored me. I never have seeing anything like that in Arthur Murrays . We are Family. I was raised differently I would never ignore someone who opened up their heart. It’s heartless in my opinion. If I would be a client with money you would go above & beyond with your customer service skills as sales people To impress me how kind and caring people you are. I understand this business is all about Sales/ Money. But you could FAKE it at least by sending me 1 little sentence I’m not a good fit for you. ANYTHING. I am in shock. God saw that. Karma works. "We have been taking lessons here for over a year now, and we absolutely love being part of the Arthur Murray family. The Valencia staff are all so friendly and patient. The cost is a lot, but it has been worth a little bit of sacrifice to develop a hobby and skill together that we both really love. "Great instructors and a very nice, non-intimidating, learning environment. As beginners with only minimal experience, we were excited by the energy this place has! You can learn a number of different dances, but we chose to focus on Salsa, Rumba and the Waltz! So much fun and definitely catered to your personal desires and budget."

"Arthur Murray Valencia is an amazing place! It all started with a birthday Groupon to finally fulfill a life long dream to learn some basic steps. I walked in with zero expectations with the sole intent of learning something new and putting my shyness aside and enjoy the ride. What i never expected was to be instantly welcomed to a family that have now changed my life. Eugene, Jesse, Jessica, Kelly and Grace are all unique in their teaching methods which is perfect since we all learn and comprehend differently.They utilize your learning abilities and your personality to tailor your lessons individually to ensure you get the best results out of yourself. The owners Wendy and Jean really do an amazing job of making every single person feel special and included and at no time do you ever feel inadequate or bad. They all really strive to help you become the best version of yourself. My hardened shells of insecurity have been cracked and I am forever grateful for all of them and this journey we are on. It's a true community feeling of family among people who share the same passion, enjoyment and desire for fun. My hubby had zero desire to ever want to do this and now he is an avid lover of dance and it creates a new bond we can carry with us forever. Only regrets I would have is that we didn't start sooner!"
