"Very poor communication and slighty rude"

"long story short .. if you were referred to this "doctor" and you are here to check whether or not you should go .. i would advice you not to go it's a BIG MISTAKE for a LOT of reasons. The doctor and his receptionist are VERY VERY VERY RUDE .. (if he wasn't rude the first day he WILL BE in the upcoming visits .. remember everyone is polite before take your money, check him again after he get paid). They don't open every day and you have to keep up with there schedule! He is too old and don't keep updating his information about Medical! He is not professional .. i am a Network Engineer and believe in science and technology .. but he will not give you explanation and tell you God made you like this !!! Seriously then what am doing here !!! He said literary to me when i asked him why is my PLATELET COUNT is above the normal range (God is Generous he give some people a lot of money and some other higher platelet count!!!) really ??? then why did you make me do like 10 expensive lab tests ??? i used his medicine for three months now and i didn't get any better actually i get worse! Finally when i wanted my lab result from him to to see another doctor and hear another opinion about my condition his receptionist keep saying i am busy leave it for another day ! i provide her with the FAX number for the Stanford hospital to send my record (YES, they still use FAX!) but she sent only one paper !!! The people from Stanford hospital was very kind (i hope they stay like that) they contact them on behalf of myself but they didn't answer for several time and they left a voice mail but they still didn't send my record! when i went today by myself they asked me for $25 to give me my documents and if i didn't pay they won't give it to me ! (i have a high paycheck and it's not problem but this is Scam there is no such thing) i told them why ? they said this is our policy ? i told them okay let me read it "your policy" and i will gladly pay it ! they refuse because they don't have such a thing .. anyway ... This is NOT where you want to take yourself or your loved ones .. I would only recommend this doctor to someone i truly hate! Whatever your disease i wish you get well and have an amazing life i am sorry it wasn't short after all"
