"All I can say is SHAME ON YOU DR ANDERSON, YOUR EMPLOYEE’S, AND YOUR BUSINESS AS A WHOLE!!! This place gets zero stars, but it won't let me do that so I'm forced to put one. This is why. Due to the high likes of this Vet, we settled on them to schedule an appointment for our cat Winston. We are somewhat still settling in to our community and needed to find a new vet for our cat. Our appointment was for 1/24 and we accidentally put 1/25 in our calendar. Human error. When scheduling our appointment we were told that an $80 deposit was required to get him on the books. This is fine, but we were NEVER told that they would keep the entire $80 if we missed the appointment! I can understand a cancellation fee of some sort for this happening, but seriously???! Dentist's and doctors alike will generally charge humans a cancellation fee of $25-$35 understandably, but $80 for my pet??? Plus the fact that we would be new customers, and you're going to do business this way, is unacceptable. We will make sure to spread the word of how you do business to make a buck. Just horrible! We tried to talk to them, and they wouldn't budge. I could understand a fee, even half of our deposit, but the full $80 is ridiculous. Our family has a business, and they don’t take other peoples money because they miss an appointment by complete accident. If you were a decent human being, you would credit us half of our deposit back. That seems like the fair, and right thing to do. Thank god all family businesses don’t take money from people like you do. That’s dirty business. So you need to STOP with your, “well this is a family business”. No one cares when you act unfairly. You need to do the right thing and at least give us half of our $80 back."
"Great Vet! I have come here for years for my dogs and cat. They really care about our pets. They're not afraid to get down on the floor to make my pets comfortable before the examination. They are very conservative with their treatment plans and will always give me options, when available. All levels of staff are great. I highly recommend Hillcrest Vet."

"Dr. Anderson is an incredible veterinarian - professional and highly skilled while also down to earth and genuinely caring (for animals and their owners). I have been a client since 2019, when I had to go through the euthanasia of my old dog. Hillcrest staff went above and beyond to make me and my dog feel comfortable/at peace during one of the most difficult (but necessary) experiences of my life. For that I am eternally grateful.
