"I have been visiting the Day Hospital @Norris for the past six months, and my overall experience has been excellent. The staff and nurses are outstanding and incredibly helpful. The cafeteria downstairs is quite decent. I usually park at the Biggy Parking Lot and take advantage of the patient discounted parking at $10. However, I do wish they had a system similar to the parking across the street at Keck."
"Best staff of any hospital I've been to. Very attentive and caring. Became friends with many of the nurses."
"We came to visit a family member. Initially we waited around 10 minutes for someone at the security front desk. Finally Diana appeared she was very polite and help us. Thank you to a gentleman (staff member)who was concerned that we were waiting for too long. I couldn’t see his ID. Nevertheless thank you"
"I fully attribute my dad still being alive and with me to the exceptional care he received at USC Norris. My dad was originally admitted to Palmdale Regional Medical Center who gave him HORRIBLE care and in fact gave him Ativan, which put him to sleep and rendered him in a coma after they let him sleep w/o his bipap machine. He almost died and had to be intubated. I had him transferred to USC Norris and he was in a very bad condition. Within the week of being at USC Norris ICU, they brought my dad BACK from the brink of death. They got him out of his coma, rehabilitated him and nursed him back to health. They were caring for him AND me as the patient's family. They finally (after many many other doctors) properly diagnosed him with b cell lymphoma and paraganglioma. My father's hematologist, Dr. Anil Tulpule, started chemo treatments on my dad and as of February of this year, my dad is lymphoma free. Dad is now home and FAR better off than he was when he was first transferred to USC Norris ICU. We now have ALL my dad's doctor's through USC Norris or Keck. They are the BEST MEDICAL TEAM we have ever had. They take the time, they care, and they are just the best in the business!!"
"I had my radiation treatment done here. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They took the best care of me and continue to do so! Have been in remission and intend to stay that way. Thank you Dr. Ye, Danielle and staff! Love you all!"
