"I go to this CVS all the time with my family and I have never encountered someone so rude. I was talking to a very nice Hispanic girl about cashing a scratcher when this older white lady came into our conversation telling me to next time to scratch the bar code, which I understand but her attitude was so aggressive and disrespectful. I try to ignore her but she just kept attacking me. I left and told my wife what just happened and when I went back to ask for her name, she covered her name and told me to leave her store. I never raised my voice or used any kind of foul lenguaje. This person should not be working in customer service. I’m reporting her to corporate tomorrow morning."

"Today I took my girlfriend and her siblings here to get some snacks, the kids needed to use the restroom. So I took them there.. This elderly white lady's comes storming and told us they we can't use the rest room bc she said she had ten mins to clean it.. We had 20 mins until the store closes .. I just felt that bc of our race.. She was treating us like that... I never been discriminated like that.. The poor kids had to experience a racist encounter."

"Avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!!! Every time I pick up my prescription there is an issue. EVERY TIME. And I get the same prescription every month for the past year. WHY is there always an issue?!?!? There is absolutely no communication with anyone who works here. You get told one thing and get told another by someone else. A couple years ago I picked up a prescription and they filled it with a heart medication instead of the actual medication. Totally negligent. I should have stopped going after that had happened."

"The pharmacy is in a nice location compared to the same company's location in some of the neighboring cities where many people loiter around the entrance area. However, the associates that work in this Carlsbad facility are not very customer oriented or consumer friendly (or selectively provide help to certain consumers or customers when they are in a better frame of mind - specially to locate products or when products are missing or lacking enough quantities in shelves and they don't promptly restock the shelves or go inside the stock room to find them and replenish when needed)."
