"I like the doctor, I like the nurse practitioner, and I like the counselor. What I *don't* like is that the management tried to charge me a one-time $100 "administrative fee" in addition to billing my insurance and collecting my usual copays for each visit. I called my insurance and they were very clear that this should not happen. I thought the issue was resolved...and then several months later, they tried collecting that fee again! I am not going back, but I think it's important for other patients to know what they are up to. If they try something like this on you, don't agree to it without talking to your insurance first!"

"I've been coming to Dr. Hyler for approx. 2 years. When he first opened there was only one receptionist as they were just getting off the ground. There is more staffing now. Besides that, the MD is completely competent and knowledge in his area of expertise. Among that he truly tries to look at all aspects of the puzzle, not just the mind, but the body as a whole. Strongly recommend to anyone."

"I second the comment about management being terrible. I've never seen a practice run so unprofessional or spoken to anyone so rude and condescending. The Dr. is good, but not good enough for anyone to put up with such poor treatment from the office staff. Find another office to go to as this office has some questionable practices. The website changes very often and no Dr's names are even associated with the website, so it begs one to wonder why the Dr. won't even associate himself with this practice...."
