By doing the exercises Dr Malerie taught me, I went through pregnancy wirh 95% less pain and so much more mobility. She is so knowledgeable about which muscles need to be addressed and strengthened and how I can do work to strengthen those at home. I feel so much more empowered to care for my body when I leave a session. Dr. Malerie is very compassionate as well as professional and helped me to experience that while discomfort may be part of pregnancy, pain does not have to be.
