"I followed Sheila from YMCA to her studio, does it tell you something? Sheila's zumba class is highly energetic accent with a little hip-hop, samba, belly, swing, cha-cha, tango, Charleston, Merengue, you name it. Her music always changes one step before we get bored with one routine. I have seen my classmates slim down/firm up after a few moths of time, it is not only a good cardio exercise, it is a very fun cardio exercise. Join us, you will appreciate it."
