"I came to the pharmacy to buy some eye drops for my mom that were prescribed by her ophthalmologist and they were locked. I rang the button for assistance so someone could assist me with unlocking the cabinet and handing me the eye drops . I rang the bell lots of times and waited over 10 mins. And finally the lady from the registered said that the manager was at lunch and she was the only person with keys. I can't believe that a manager would not leave extra keys for her employees to be able to assist the customers. So unprofessional and not good customer service."

"Horrible return policy. Even when the employees themselves saw the purchase and later we came to return and they were being super rude. It was around closing time and they made it clear they weren't trying to stay over their schedule. Even though they were on the clock at the time they were supposed to help. One was proud to say he was the manager. We bought some board games that weren't the price we had seen somewhere else so we wanted our money back. And they gave the run around and were even making side comments. We live across the street and go out of our way down to CVS, they left a bitter taste"
