"I love going here for accupunture! Dr. Jotika Truong helped when I suffered from sciatica and thanks to him I'm fine now. He also helped me when I had a frozen shoulder and after a few treatments I was able to get full movement of my arm. One day I had a bad cold and cough and by the time I left his office the cough and cold were gone thanks to his accupunture needles. Dr. Jotika Truong also helped me when my hands and wrists were in excruciating pain from typing so many years. My doctor said I needed surgery and again thanks to this wonderful Doctor I'm pain free and no surgery needed. Last year after going through chemo I was in lots of pain and could hardly walk and it was hard to breathe and thanks to accupunture and Dr. Jotika Truong I'm back at the gym running again. I love Dr. Anne also both her and Dr. Jotika Truong helped me after my car accident during the holidays. Everyone here is super caring, I love Pacific Spine & Sport!!"

"Unprofessional, disorganized and neurotic management. They did not keep accurate records of my appointments and called me three times past 9 p.m. after a massage which defeated the purpose of a relaxing massage. They lack appointment reminders, however, they sure know how to work a phone when they want something from you. They over called me and over texted me when they wanted something from me. I discussed the work conditions with three of their masseuses and they reported that management does not provide proper supplies for their employees and do not pay fair wages to their employees. Their blankets and tables have holes in them. I bought a massage package at a reasonable price, however the owner said I had completed 6/6 massages when I had completed 5/6. I paid for a 30 minute massage out of pocket, but they never notated this and counted it towards my package. The owner told the masseuse in front of me that if she gave me a massage that she would not pay her! This woman works two jobs and has a family to feed. This is a predatory business - buyer beware!"

"Update: first adjustment was great. The second was ok and the third was altering. I don't know why but she adjusted my left hip AGGRESSIVELY and actually pushed down with force. Immediately felt and the other side dots not adjust. Felt tingling down my back and leg but I thought that it could be that it was being put right. My chest and neck were also adjusted more aggressively than usual. That night I had an extreme headache and the pain from my car accident returned as of from the actual night of incident. The next day I had to take off work to go in and she was off. I was shocked that they didn't call her considering the INTENSE pain I was in. I had to go to my old chiro I left and he adjusted my neck enough that my headache went away. It's been two months and my lower hip area is constantly having issues. I can't sleep on my stomach and I cannot work out. It hurts when I sneeze from my chest area since the chest adjustment (related or not I'm unsure but she pushed very hard). My lower back mid freezes when I bend over. I've had xrays since but they said there isn't a fracture. I don't know if it's pinching or how to fix it. I'm very frustrated. They called me a month afterward to pay a bill. Never followed up with my complaint and I was SHOCKED by the lack of response. I think the office is great and perhaps mine was an off experience but I don't know what to do. I'm in more pain now and I'm unsure where to go at this point since my old chiro doesn't use xrays and I refuse to go to anyone that doesn't use them after this experience. I might try physical therapy or another chiro. I'm very disappointed in the experience though. .not even a call to check in after I complained. Maybe the staff didn't tell her or its a legal thing I'm unsure but at this point I felt it would be necessary to leave a review. Each morning I wake up and my lower back feels tight, pinching and it was only sore prior to her third and final adjustment. She is very nice other than that and hopefully it was my bad luck vs her skill. I do not know if I could recommend her at this point because 2 out of 3 visits and the final being continuously painful without remedy or concern, I cannot. 7/16: Just began and had been a very thorough experience and smooth adjustment."

From friendly always smiling Kelly at the front desk to massage by Vanessa and physical therapy by dr. Ron you are in the capable hands. Dr. Ann truly has a gift of healing and knowing what you need to get better."
