"Came here on Sunday July 16th to have a few drinks and dinner the bartender was a complete jerk. The pumps were down so most of the bar/cocktail menu was unavailable - except beer and wine - no problem. We sat at the bar patiently waiting to be aknowledged - he was too busy slamming stuff, huffing and puffing with his back towards the bar. After more than 5 mins of being ignored we left and went next door to Cafe Bernardo and had a great experience. We've been several times to Four Palms and had a great time. Next time I hope the bartender is in a better mood."

"Awesome place! This is a hotel bar, except that it’s really just a cool bar with awesome food and drinks and the best wait staff on the planet! I’m staying at the hotel for work and checked-in late so I just wanted food to eat in my room, and the bartenders were just so kind and sweet that I plan to go back here anytime I can during my stay!! I highly recommend it for people who live around and aren’t even staying at the hotel!!!"

"This is a Hotel Bar that serves food from Café Bernardo. I love their salad sampler and their chicken sandwich. Most of the staff are very helpful and kind but you have to make sure your favorite is waiting tables that night, there are other staff that like to chat and a good deal of time can go by before someone checks in with you. It is beautiful and they have a lovely fireplace area near the lobby, too."

"This is a really cool Lounge Bar that serves food in downtown Sacramento. I loved the ambiance and the drinks and the menu but the woman I was with is a complete jerk. Lesson here don't bring a narcissist to a nice restaurant or bar or anywhere for that matter."
