"Although she had accepted our insurance card and took pictures of it more than once, she failed to inform us that she was an out-of- network provider and did not bill or ask copay, misleading us to believe she was in network. She kept booking us to twice a week sessions, until we raised the question about not seeing any billing to our insurance provider, That's when she claimed that her biller was not able to submit her bills to the insurance company and suddenly billed us for the full amount of her fee for 36 sessions amounting to thousands of Dollars. By not disclosing her out of network status to us, she took away our choice of selecting a different provider (in network) or reduce our number of sessions with her. In this underhanded way she has cost us thousands of dollars. Aside from her unethical billing, her language limitation was an obstacle to a beneficial therapy as she kept repeating the same limited number of phrases without really providing an insight into how to work on resolving the issues at hand."

"This woman is not good at relationship support. She cold called me on a Friday night to invite me into therapy with my mother who I have not spoken to in a long time. This triggered me intensely, as she had not bothered to learn anything about me or my family or the issues she was was bringing up. She said all the wrong things because she brought up people in my family without knowing them or our dynamics. Outrageous and irresponsible. She contributed to damaging my family more and ruined my summer. She noticed that I was so triggered, said she would send referrals to help, and never spoke or wrote me again."
