"I took my kitty in for his basic annual shots. I am new to the area, so I was really hoping I could find a good vet. Dr. Chen was wonderful! She gave him an incredibly thorough examination, and was very sweet and gentle to him the whole time. When she was explaining my options, she did not at all seem like she was trying to get the most money out of me. I also told her I thought my cat might have ear mites, and she told me his ears were just fine instead of letting me buy mite medication. The office staff was so nice- they assisted me in filling out paperwork for his pet insurance a week after I paid. Then they sent me a nice thank you note with a coupon. I am very happy with my decision to go there."
